The final project in the Interior Design program consists of a capstone. For this, we created teams and were asked to design a multi-use building. House of Hues (Chase Nishek, Maxwell Pickett, and myself) are designing 842 Foundry. This is a multi-use building located in the warehouse district of New Orleans, Louisiana. 842 Foundry will feature many amenities such as a community market, restaurant/ bar, gallery, artisan studios, and condominiums.

For the Fall semester, House of Hues went through the process of information gathering, conducted a research study, and wrote a proposal for 842 Foundry. The following semester will consist of the design and completion of the building.
