Commercial
Fall 2019
This project was a national competition where we were put in groups of two asked to come up with a concept for a community center for the homeless community here in Fargo, ND. This project was mainly conceptual so after research was done we jumped straight into rendering and space planning. We utilized SketchUp and Enscape to render.
Spring 2020
For this project, we were given the opportunity to work in teams and design a Cancer Patient Center. Each team was given the option to design for adults or children and we chose children. This space is a place where patients can come for check-ups, be diagnosed, and even receive treatment. The Bennett Cancer Center was designed in Revit and then rendered in Enscape.
Summer 2020
400 North Aberdeen is a 16-story building that is intended for lab use. For this internship, we were asked to design the tenth-floor elevator lobby, restrooms, and corridors. We were also given the opportunity to space plan one of the office spaces on this floor. This project was completed in Revit 2020, Enscape, and Adobe InDesign.
Spring 2019
This project was our first commercial project. We were each able to choose a non-profit to design for. Then we were given the shell of the office. We designed for our client specifically based on information gathered about the non-profit done through our research. One last requirement was that all of the office furniture was from Herman Miller. The whole project was drawn in Auto CAD, then rendered in Sketchup.
Spring 2019
While designing this project we were given the shell of a building and we chose a small product to sell at our boutique. I chose baby shoes sizes 0-4. With this as my inspiration, I made a minimalistic space designed around the product. The project was drawn in Auto CAD and Sketchup. Lastly, the project was put into Enscape for more realistic renderings.
