Involvement
NDSU Residents Life (Resident Assistant)
While attending NDSU I have been very involved in residence life. I held the resident assistant position for both the 2018-19 and 2019-20 academic years. This opportunity has allowed me to meet new and diverse people while enhancing leadership and teamwork skills. Throughout this position, I have not only a great deal of information about the NDSU campus but I have also learned valuable life skills for the future.
NDSU Orientation Leader
During the summer of 2019, I had the opportunity to work as an orientation leader for NDSU. Through this job, I was able to practice and grow in my customer service skills. The job required constant flexibility and a big smile on your face no matter what you were doing. This experience helped me learn about all different types of people and how to be approachable and inclusive to all.
Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority
Being involved in Greek life at NDSU has been another amazing opportunity for me to grow as a person. Through this sorority, I have been engaged in many campus events. Through Alpha Gam I have also been able to volunteer for many different organizations in the Fargo-Moorehead area. Through this organization, I have learned many valuable life skills. Some of these include time management, how to working as a team, and how to represent the organizations I am a part of in a professional way.
